PropVid ("PropVid", "we") is a content-creation app that helps real-estate agents make social posts, reels, and scripts. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Account details you give us: your name and email address when you sign up (or the name and email from Google if you use social sign-in). Content you create: the property details, captions, photos, audio, and scripts you add to posts and reels. Usage data: which features you use and your plan/credit balance, so we can enforce limits and improve the app.
To provide the app, generate scripts (via OpenAI), render and save your content, manage your subscription and credits, send account emails, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
We share limited data only with providers that run the app on our behalf: OpenAI (to generate script text from your prompts), our payment processor / RevenueCat (to manage subscriptions), and our email provider. They may only use it to perform their service.
If you add photos or record a voice-over, that media is used only to build your content. Access is requested at the moment you use the feature and you can decline.
We keep your account data until you delete it. You can permanently delete your account any time from Profile → Delete Account, which removes your profile and saved scripts from our servers.
PropVid is for professional use and is not directed to children under 13.
