You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
PropVid offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription (monthly or yearly). Paid subscriptions are billed through the app store (Apple or Google) and renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel any time in your app-store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
You own the content you create. You are responsible for having the rights to any photos, addresses, logos, and details you add, and for complying with fair-housing, advertising, and MLS rules in your area.
The app, and all of its templates, designs, layouts, fonts, and sample content, are the intellectual property of PropVid and are protected by copyright. A paid subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the templates to create marketing for your own real-estate business. You may not copy, extract, redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense, or repackage the templates or designs; use them to build, train, or populate a competing app or template library; or share your account so others can do the same. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this, and pursue any remedies available under law.
Do not use PropVid to create misleading, unlawful, or infringing content, or to abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Scripts and suggestions are generated automatically and may contain errors. Review everything before you publish it.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, PropVid is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
